For anything not listed, please give us a call! While we are located in Tasmania, we regularly ship our products to customers interstate and all over Australia.

We utilise third-party warehouses in NSW and VIC and at our discretion, will despatch orders directly from these locations to minimise freight costs and lead times. Our aim is to provide the best customer service possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another email from us when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and quoted prior to final payment. Shipping timeframes we discuss with you are estimates only.

Express shipping to your location can be arranged. We have several express freight options available.

Flat rate delivery within Tasmania is available for most orders. We will contact you via email or phone call should this not be the case.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

At this time, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes due to the couriers and carriers we utilise (FedEx, TNT and local couriers). If this is an issue, we will determine a more suitable method to ship your order, e.g. Australia Post.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept change of mind returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

This excludes any non-stocked items that were specifically ordered or made, which will generally not be considered for return, e.g. custom pipework, custom mufflers etc.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
